DMCA & Content Removal Policy

How to request removal of copyrighted content from DatingSiteSpot — what to include in a takedown notice, where to send it, and our 48-hour response commitment.

DatingSiteSpot respects copyright. If you own content that appears on this site and you want it removed, this page explains exactly how to ask — and what we commit to in return.

How we use images

Performer and profile images on this site are sourced from publicly available profiles (social media, creator pages, and public industry databases) and saved locally on our own servers. We do not hotlink to anyone's storage, and we do not claim ownership of these images. Where a licensed or copyright-clean image is unavailable, we render a generated initials placeholder instead.

If you are the copyright owner of an image used here and would prefer it not appear, we will remove it promptly on request — you do not need to send a formal legal notice for us to act, but the details below help us find and verify the content quickly.

How to file a removal request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA removal request" and include:

  • The exact URL of the page where the content appears.
  • A clear description of the specific content you want removed (for example, which image or paragraph).
  • Your full contact information — name, email address, and, if relevant, the organization you represent.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We treat removal requests as a priority, regardless of whether the content sits on a commercial page. We aim to acknowledge and act on valid requests within 48 hours of receipt. In most cases that means removing or replacing the content with a placeholder while we confirm details; we will reply to let you know what we have done.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error — for example, because you hold a valid license or the use is permitted by law — email the same address with an explanation and any supporting documentation. We will review counter-notices with the same priority and timeline.

Repeat infringement

We will, in appropriate circumstances, decline to re-publish material that has been the subject of a valid removal request. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
